  • Official resignation of Chelsea Hansley as Regional Commissioner

  • Nate Williard will serve as Interim Regional Commissioner

  • Josh Pickett will serve as Interim Assistant Regional Commissioner

  • Rescheduled January board meeting to January 26th @ 7pm

  • Access was transitioned to Nate and Josh as needed

  • Chelsea issued checks to vendors for past due invoices

  • Chelsea will need to work with the bank to update bank access

• Josh and Nate to meet with Area Director, John Dunton, to discuss next steps

• Chelsea to update bank access

• Nate to coordinate with Treasurer Mike Geiswhite to get 2nd signature on disbursed checks and to deposit the other checks into our bank account
